Keyser Construction Inc. (“Keyser Construction,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, what we do with it, and what choices you have.
What we collect
The only personal information we collect is what you choose to send us through a contact form or by reaching out to us directly. That typically includes:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number (if you provide it)
- The address or city of the project you’re asking about (if you mention it)
- A description of the project you want us to look at
We do not collect this information automatically. We collect only what you type into a form or send us in a message.
Automatically collected information
Like most websites, this site logs basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view, and the date and time of the visit. This information is collected by our hosting provider and used to keep the site running and secure. It is not used to identify you.
Cookies
This site uses a small number of cookies. Most are set by WordPress (the publishing software we use) to keep the site functioning. None of these cookies are used for cross-site tracking or targeted advertising. If we add an analytics tool (like Google Analytics) in the future, we will update this page to describe what it collects and how to opt out.
How we use what you send us
When you fill out a contact or estimate form, we use that information only to:
- Reply to your inquiry
- Schedule a walk-through or estimate if you ask for one
- Provide a written estimate, schedule, or follow-up regarding the work you asked about
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with marketing companies, list brokers, advertising networks, or any third party for their commercial purposes. We do not put you on a marketing list without your consent.
Who can see the information you send us
The people inside Keyser Construction who need to respond to your inquiry can see it. We may share relevant project information with licensed subcontractors (electricians, plumbers, engineers, abatement contractors) who need it to bid or schedule their portion of the work. We may share information when required by law, court order, or a properly issued subpoena.
How long we keep what you send us
We keep your inquiry as long as we reasonably need it: through the project, plus a period afterward to handle warranty work, callbacks, and tax/accounting records. If you’ve asked us not to keep your contact information and we have no active project with you, you can ask us to delete it.
Your rights
If you live in California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Oregon, Washington, or another U.S. state with a consumer privacy law, you have the right to ask us:
- What personal information we have on file about you
- To correct anything that is wrong
- To delete it, subject to limits we’re legally required to keep certain records (tax, lien, warranty, etc.)
- To stop using it for any specific purpose you don’t want

Third-party services we use
- Web hosting: our hosting provider runs the servers this site lives on and has standard access to server logs.
- Form delivery: contact form submissions are emailed to us through a Gmail-based email service. The form contents pass through that service in transit.
- Embedded links: some pages link out to Google Business Profile, Angi, the Better Business Bureau, or Yelp. When you click those links you are leaving our site and their privacy policies apply.
Children’s privacy
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent revision.
