Soaking in the View
West Linn, Oregon has some of most amazing river views in the city. Capturing that view from this master bathroom was of prime importance for the owners of this incredible home. The bath was located on the side of the home away from the water, on the other side of the bedroom so a glass "view corridor" was created by removing walls and replacing them was large glass interior windows. It allows you to soak in the bathtub while gazing through the large windows on the other side of the bedroom, at that beautiful view.

This project started from scratch, removing everything in the room and taking it down to studs. It was rebuilt with beautiful high end finishes. The deck on the undermount tub is the same material as the vanity counter and continues seamlessly into the shower where it acts as a bench. It's then accented with an unusual stone tile surround. The shower itself has custom glass, with dark accents, multiple shower heads and two custom niches. The cabinetry is custom with a ceiling height center medicine cabinet that allowed for very attractive pendant lighting above the sinks. There is even a heated towel bar tucked above the toilet!
